The connection to 4 video cameras with AHD-N resolution is allowed. In the hybrid mode – up to 2 AHD cameras with AHD-M resolution and up to 2 IP cameras with 1.0 MP resolution. All the video surveillance channels are recorded simultaneously by the device in real-time mode. Four recording modes – fulltime, alarm, motion or schedule – provide an opportunity to configure the system of video surveillance according to defined tasks within every period of time. The backup to USB storage devices is allowed. The standard (classic H.264) compression codec allows you to receive the small size video files without any quality loss. You can also connect a hard disks up to 6TB each (not included) to this DVR. The network managing can be provided from any place of the world. The modern software includes a convenient configurator and a CMS monitoring system. The Ethernet 10/100Base-T network interface provides a reliable, protected connection with the optimal data transfer rate, the maximum value of which is up to 100 Mbit/s. This model is equipped with the audio input and output for recording and sound playback. The recording standard 1080N – is a new technology for budget segment of AHD video surveillance, which allows producing a recording with a resolution of 960 х 1080 pixels by 1/1.3-megapixel DVRs. In other words, that means that you can connect 2-megapixel AHD video cameras to low-cost video recorders and receive a sufficiently detailed video image, previously available only to FullHD devices. The new standard is now replacing a 1-megapixel (720P) digital-analogue video surveillance, and it promises to replace it soon completely. Why do you need it? Firstly this allows you to save significantly on the purchase of a DVR – the difference between the image in 1080P (FullHD) and 1080N standard in practice is indistinguishable. However, there is a difference in price – more “advanced” FullHD DVRs are much more expensive. Secondly, you can spend the saved on DVR sum of money on more expensive video cameras, and, therefore, get a better and more detailed video for the same money. It is only necessary to remember that 1080N DVRs record in the resolution of 960 x 1080 when 2 Megapixel AHD video cameras are connected to them, but not in the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Thirdly, you can simultaneously use video cameras of different resolutions at the site: for example, simple 1-megapixel for a general review of the territory, and more upscale 2-megapixel devices to monitor the more important site to record such details as car number plates or faces of visitors.
